Many travelers enjoy researching destinations and planning parts of their trips themselves, yet still want an experienced person involved to help organize details, evaluate options, avoid common mistakes, and navigate the unexpected issues that can arise before or during travel.
My approach is designed for travelers who want to remain involved in the planning process while still benefiting from professional insight, booking oversight, and ongoing involvement during the trip.
What does a travel
consultant do?
Unlike many online booking agents and cruise brokers, I work with my clients throughout the entire process:

• avoiding common booking and travel mistakes
• helping to navigate entry requirements/documentation
• coordinating hotels, transfers, and trip logistics
• monitoring cruise bookings for applicable price reductions

• storing all travel documents in your personalized app

How my services differ:
Large online booking companies often provide little ongoing involvement once reservations are completed, while highly customized itinerary planners typically focus on creating detailed day-by-day itineraries and may charge significant planning fees for those services.

My approach is more collaborative. Rather than simply processing reservations or building rigid itineraries, I stay involved throughout the process by helping travelers organize plans, monitor bookings, coordinate travel details, and serve as an advocate should unexpected issues arise before or during travel.
How does it work?
Every traveler plans differently. Some clients come to me with a simple idea, while others already have cruises, tours, or tentative plans in mind. My role is to help organize the details, answer questions, and stay involved throughout the planning process.

Planning & recommendations

The fun part! We will work together to choose the best options for YOU! Or, if you have already chosen some of the trip components, we will fine tune the details and fill in the gaps.
Booking components
We will book the travel components for you. This allows us to monitor them for changes and make adjustments on your behalf (cruise price reductions for example).
Ongoing support
Service doesn’t end with booking. Through your personal travel app, you’ll have access to all trip details and documents in one place, while we continue working together throughout the planning process and beyond.
